  • Access — obtain confirmation and a copy of personal data we process about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion in certain cases (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction — limit processing in certain cases.
  • Portability — receive data in a structured, commonly used format where applicable.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests in certain cases.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent.

3. How to submit a request

Send an email to hello@kyrolab.top with subject line “Data Request”. Include:

  • Your full name and email used for communication
  • Type of request (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
  • Relevant context (e.g., date of inquiry) to help locate records

4. Verification

To protect your privacy, we may request reasonable verification before processing a request. We will not ask for unnecessary sensitive information.

5. Timelines

We aim to respond within a reasonable period. For certain jurisdictions, legal timelines may apply and can be extended under permitted conditions.

6. Lawful bases

Where GDPR applies, we process data under lawful bases such as consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. See Privacy Policy for details.

7. Retention

We retain inquiry data for the period described in Privacy Policy (Retention), unless longer retention is required for compliance or dispute resolution.

8. Complaints

If you believe your request was not handled appropriately, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your region. We encourage contacting us first to resolve the issue.
