Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for paid services (if and when applicable).

Specific commercial terms may be confirmed in a separate written agreement. This page provides baseline rules.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to paid coaching sessions, workshops, or programs purchased directly from KyroLab. If another written agreement exists, that agreement may provide additional or different terms.
2. 1:1 sessions (rescheduling and cancellations)
- Rescheduling: request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to reschedule without a fee (subject to availability).
- Late rescheduling: requests under 24 hours may be treated as a late cancellation.
- Cancellations: cancellations at least 24 hours before start time are eligible for a credit or refund, depending on the payment method and processing status.
- No-shows: if you do not attend and do not notify us, the session fee is generally non-refundable.
If an emergency occurs, contact us as soon as possible; we will review reasonable requests case-by-case.
3. Programs and cohorts
- Before start: cancellation up to 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a refund minus any non-recoverable processing fees.
- Near start: cancellations within 7 days before start may be eligible for a partial credit, depending on reserved capacity.
- After start: once the program begins, refunds are generally not available because capacity and materials are allocated.
If a program is postponed by KyroLab, participants may choose a rescheduled date or request a refund for the unused portion.
4. Workshops (team delivery)
- Scheduling deposits: if a deposit is used to reserve dates, it may be non-refundable once dates are confirmed and preparation starts.
- Rescheduling: requests at least 10 business days before delivery date may be moved to a new date (subject to availability).
- Late cancellations: within 10 business days, partial fees may apply due to reserved capacity and preparation time.
Final workshop terms (including travel or on-site requirements) are confirmed separately when applicable.
5. Digital materials
If templates or digital materials are delivered as part of a paid service, access may be considered “delivered” once provided. Refund eligibility may be reduced after delivery, depending on the nature of the materials and applicable law.
6. Refund process
- Email hello@kyrolab.top with subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include: purchaser name, service type, scheduled date(s), and reason for request.
- We may ask for confirmation details to prevent unauthorized requests.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, subject to processing timelines.
7. Exceptions
- Fees may be non-refundable where service has already been delivered.
- Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-recoverable.
- Abuse, harassment, or repeated no-shows may result in termination of service without refund.
8. Disputes
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can review the situation. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be handled under the governing law described in our Terms of Service.
